The Components of simCEO: An Overview
The foundation of simCEO is provided as the participants complete specific components that are designed to further define the business plan and thinking of the student. These components, or "assignments", are loosely divided into four categories. (Clicking a link below will allow you to preview a MS Word version of two sample components).
Instructors can also create their own customized assignments for particpants to complete.
The instructor can choose which of these components to use during the simulation. Participants will only see the components selected by the instructor.

These evaluations and assessments are utilized during the actual simulation instead of prior to it. They are supplementary assignments that do not affect the simulation itself.
- Component 12: Self-Assessment

After a student has completed all the necessary preliminary assignments, the actual simulation can begin. However, there are some very interesting additional options that are available as well. Continue to the next page to find out more.
