Demo: Creating the Parameters

There are a few important decisions that the instructor of the simulation will need to make in order to establish the ground rules and environment for the simulation itself. All of these decisions are described in detail in the instructor's portion of the website. (The estimated set-up time for an instructor is approximately 60 minutes, not including the time involved with evaluating student responses, which will vary).

The instructor will need to define:

• the number of players (teams) in the simulation (There is no limit.)
• the environment of the simulation (specific time, conditions, location) (Samples are included in the instructor section of the website.)
• the business components (assignments) that will be completed by the participants (Instructors can even create their own customized assignments for participants to complete.)
• the "power" that participant's buy/sell decisions will have on the company's share price.
