Demo: Researching Companies

As participants complete each online worksheet, the business plan of the company is further defined. Each of these components is added to an online database that is accessible to everyone participating in the simulation. Therefore, students are able to research everyone else's business plan. Students are then able to make comparisons regarding investment decisions.

The research page lists each company and each assignment. Click on a student's assignment to learn more about the business. Click on the student's name to read all of the assignments in one file.

If students wish to revise previous assignments (and thus revise their business plan) or add additional information, a notice can be posted on the simulation's home page to provide participants with current information.

After students have been given time to research, the instructor's "start date" officially begins the simulation...
